I can’t say enough good things about Renew Refresh in Cochrane. Jess, the owner, has created such a welcoming and professional space, she truly cares about her clients and it shows. The front desk staff are always warm and friendly, it’s such a nice vibe as soon as you step in. OG Courtney (who has since moved away) and new Courtney are both incredible nurse injectors. They’re knowledgeable, gentle, and always take the time to answer questions and explain everything so clearly. I’ve had appointments with both and felt 100% comfortable and confident in their hands. It’s rare to find a med spa that feels this genuine and down-to-earth while still delivering top-notch results. Highly recommend!

Had a milia removing procedure and because I am paranoid about anything pertaining to the eye area, I was very nervous at first, anticipating a painful procedure. However, Jes was amazing and took her time to ensure I was comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this clinic for any future procedures I may need or want.
Love this place!! Amazing, attentive front staff. Courtney is a wonderful injector who always listens and we come up with a plan together. Always walk out feeling like a million bucks!!
