Jes Wakelam
Proprietor
Jes is the Proprietor of Renew+Refresh. She is also a Certified Medical Esthetician and, like all of the Estheticians and Registered Nurses at Renew+Refresh, she undergoes annual training on every machine as provided by top Industry Certified Trainers. At Renew+Refresh, training and education never stops! Jes offers the following services: CoolSculpting and Body Sculpting, Laser Procedures, Skin Tightening and Tattoo Removal.
The Renew+Refresh brand is Safety, Education and Transparency, which represent the three tenets of our mission. Jes’ experience managing major construction projects deeply ingrained in her the value of safety in daily operations. The Renew+Refresh team adheres to the most stringent protocols at all times. Clients come to Renew+Refresh knowing that we take our mission very seriously, and that they can expect full transparency from our team.
At Renew+Refresh we pride ourselves with helping clients look and feel their natural and authentic best. We all have beautiful and unique features which should not be altered or transformed in such a way that leaves us looking like someone different. Our goal is to enhance your best qualities to keep you looking youthful and refreshed. Prior to moving forward with any treatment, we will discuss your goals and set realistic expectations.

Dr. Dave Sinha
Dr. Dave Sinha, BMed, MD, FCFP, CHt, is the esteemed Medical Director at Renew+Refresh where he provides training, supervision of operations, and clinical support as needed.
Dr. Sinha is a firm believer that aesthetic medicine, like any discipline within the profession, is about the alleviation of suffering and ultimately - quality of life. He is passionate about offering services that are safe, truly effective, supported by evidence, and achieve a natural looking result.
As medical director, Dr. Sinha ensures that the training of all practitioners is exemplary, and operations are conducted in compliance with best standards of practice. Whenever needed, he is available to provide care and clinical support.
He is proud to be a part of the Renew+Refresh team because “we offer medical aesthetics with compassion and integrity. A distinguishing feature of our approach is the ability to affordably achieve the desired result while preserving an authentic quality cosmetically.”
He is deeply passionate about medicine and serving others. When Dr. Sinha is not at work, he spends his time practicing yoga, playing the flute or walking in beautiful places with his wife and family.

Medical Director
Courtney Primrose Hatt
Registered Nurse
Courtney is a Registered Nurse with five plus years of experience working in critical care and emergency medicine, and is currently working towards her Masters degree in Nursing.
At Renew+Refresh, Courtney works as an advanced Aesthetic Injectionist. She received specialized training with Beauty Lab AB, Pacific Training Institute for Facial Aesthetics, Allergan, Galderma, Prollieum and performs medical aesthetics such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers. Courtney is passionate about helping people feel more confident through enhancing their natural beauty.
Courtney is especially proud of her commitment to continuous learning. She is dedicated to furthering her education and knowledge of the latest techniques, beauty enhancing products and safety protocols. Her background in critical care and emergency has led her to creating advanced safety protocols at the medical spa.

Crystal Payant
Practice Manager
Crystal joined the Renew+Refresh team as Practice Manager. She comes to us with over 18 years of sales, marketing, management and service industry experience.
You will be greeted by Crystal at the front desk where you can count on her to have a big welcoming smile on her face. She loves interacting with clients daily and getting to know them.
Crystal is passionate about providing exemplary customer service which reflects the incredible team and services that Renew+Refresh is known for. She believes that if you love what you do, it’s not work. That’s exactly how she feels about marketing the spa; sharing with people how incredible the team is.
Safety is a big part of the Renew+Refresh culture. I write policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented and practiced to the highest degree of standards. When Crystal isn't at the spa she is spending her time with her kids, walking the dog or cooking.

Samantha Hislop
Registered Nurse
Samantha is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from MRC. She took Cosmetic Aesthetic training through Freda Academy as well as Allergan and Galderma and continues to enlist in every professional advancement she can!
At Renew+Refresh,Samatha performs neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers. She is passionate about her role as an aesthetic nurse because it gives her the opportunity to be artistic and creative; making small changes that give a big boost to her clients’ confidence.
Samantha enjoys getting to know her clients as people, not just what they look like on the outside. By understanding what they love about themselves she is able to enhance their favorite features. Her goal is not to change a person’s appearance, but rather to minimize their perceived ‘flaws’ in a way that helps them embrace their natural beauty.
Samantha is passionate about continuing education; staying on top of research and technology and identifying resources she can access to further ensure clients safety. She also works as a freelance make-up artist and loves live music and animals. She has two cats and a dog!

Katarina Marcisinova
Aesthetician
Katarina Marcisinova is an aesthetician specializing in European facials and facial massage. She spent four consecutive years in Aesthetician College in the Czech Republic and has over 30-years of experience which is why she has earned the reputation of having “magic fingers”.
Katarina customizes treatments based on a careful assessment of each person’s features and skin type. She listens carefully to her clients and is passionate about making them feel confident and empowered in their skin.
She is a graduate of the College of Aesthetician which is a four-year program where she studied Dermal Needling, Advanced Holistic Skin Therapy, Sculpture Face Lifting, Quantum Facelifting (Facial reflexology, Gua Sha, The Fascia/ connecting tissue). Katarina enjoys training and staying up to date with safety certification. Above all, Katarina loves to laugh and has a cool European accent to go with her lovely disposition.

Brett Enns
Massage Therapist
Brett Enns is a Massage Therapist, RMT., and graduate of the WCCMT 3000 hr. program. He has an extensive background in international competitive sports, having worked in several countries with a variety of teams and sports.
Though his focus is on sport and rehabilitative treatments, he welcomes any challenge. Brett views every client as a puzzle that must be solved in order to achieve optimum health. He finds it deeply rewarding when clients see results, allowing them to lead more productive lives.
Brett loves being part of the Renew & Refresh team because everyone is kind, supportive and genuine. Furthermore, they share his passion and standard for client care.
Safety is a priority at Renew+Refresh. Prior to every treatment, Brett sterilizes the massage table and provides clean sheets which are transported in a sterilized container. Additionally, Brett is trained in First Aid and CPR-C and has undergone extensive training in pathology and contraindications for treatment. Brett is very supportive of clients and is always happy to provide advice and information on home care.
