A Brief history on Coconut oil:
Coconut oil has been around for thousands of years and used throughout the world in various countries such as Jamaica, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria to name a few. The finding of coconut was talked about in the Story of Sinbad the sailor in the 1,001 Arabian nights story. The Portuguese gave the name of “coconut” in the 1700’s.
