Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Clinic is very clean and a relaxing, calming atmosphere. I was blown away at their consultation camera technology, I didn’t know anything like that actually existed, i could look at the different types of damage (inflammation, UV, pigment changes etc) on my own face layer by layer, it was incredible. No complaints, I will be back forsure!
Love this place! Alicia has made my skin look brand new and Courtney had made my wrinkles go bye bye. They just need new beds (wider and more comfortable).
I've seen both Alicia and Jes for treatments at Renew and Refresh, both are incredibly knowledgeable and talented! Procedures have always been fully explained, any questions always completely answered. A very first service of this kind for me. I have always been a little skeptical about cosmetics and spending money on what I consider hiding the natural! But made a change, have it a try, and felt very satisfied with their approach (cochrane AB). Booking online was one of the best experience. I booked a service that I was educated on and redirected away from, for something more appropriate for my personal target and skin type. Alicia was not forceful but professional in her service, what it does, how she does it, etc. I was also educated on hygiene outside of the service, at home, sun care, etc. And I was not pushed into booking more (which I very much dislike when I make it clear it is not what I am into). I recommended them to my husband! And I will go again!
