Renew+Refresh Clinic 2026

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our policies to ensure you have the best possible experience with us. These policies apply alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Health & Wellness

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing strong symptoms of a contagious illness (such as fever, flu, cold, or other communicable illness) on the day of your appointment, please do not attend. Reschedule once you are feeling well. We will not charge a cancellation fee in these circumstances, provided you give us as much notice as possible and at least 48 hours’ notice where you are able to.

 

2. Minors & Age Requirements

  • Not all of our services are appropriate for minors (clients under 18), and others may require parental or guardian consent.
  • The minimum age to receive facials or acne treatments is 12 years. A parent or guardian must be present to provide consent for clients under 18, and parental consent is required for acne laser treatments.
  • Cosmetic injectable services (including neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers) are available only to clients 18 years of age and older. No exceptions are made for these services, regardless of parental consent.
  • If you are under the age of 18, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether the service you are interested in is available to you.

 

3. Privacy Policy

Renew+Refresh has systems in place to safeguard your personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is carried out in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable privacy laws. We only collect personal information that is necessary to provide our services to you.
Information we collect may be used to:

  • determine whether there are any contraindications to treatment;
  • identify health conditions that may affect treatment or pose a risk to you or our staff;
  • ensure you are aware of any risks associated with a treatment;
  • contact your physician or emergency contact in the event of a medical emergency;
  • understand your preferences and needs so we can tailor our services to you; and
  • contact you regarding appointments, products, or services.


Information collected helps us identify conditions that may prevent treatment or require medical clearance; however, Renew + Refresh does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Clients should seek independent medical advice prior to undergoing any treatment, and treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required to provide your care (for example, contacting your physician in an emergency) or where required by law. You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.

 

4. Lost or Stolen Articles

Renew+Refresh is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. We encourage clients to keep personal belongings and valuables with them at all times.

 

5. Tipping

At Renew + Refresh, we do not accept tips or gratuities for our medical staff or laser services. IF you choose to leave a tip for our soft esthetics, it is at the sole discretion of the client.
