I came to see Sam for a consult as I knew I wanted some cosmetic injectable’s but had zero knowledge. She advised me honestly and for my benefit not for her gain….and honestly I don’t ever think I’ll go to another clinic even though I drive from Calgary to Cochrane to see her. Worth it!

Courtney is fantastic! She does my Botox and is professional and knowledgeable. Courtney referred me to Jess because she had expertise in a certain area. I love that they know to refer when necessary if it’s not in that particular practitioner’s wheelhouse. Super amazing team.

OH My Stars! I LOVE this place and these ladies. I initially went specifically to get my microblading removed. Jess took very good care of me and removed my tattoo. It went so well. I am very fair so I only needed one appointment. Since then, I've been back to get my eyelashes and brows tinted. Kylie is my hero. She is SO precise and exact and takes her time to get it right. Again, I am very fair so I know it's challenging finding all my blonde lashes. Kylie is so patient and accurate. As well as my lashes she has found the right colour for my brows and was meticulous when shaping them. All the advice the ladies have given me regarding my lashes and brows have been spot on. I highly recommend Renew + Refresh Medical Spa as I have only had exemplary service.

I don’t even know where to begin. Everything was amazing as soon as you walk in! Crystal was super friendly, welcomed with a smile - went through a consultation with Jes to decided the perfect facial for my skin. Kenna preformed my facial with arm/ hand massages while the masks were settling in. It’s the little things that make a big difference. So relaxing! Jes and her team are beyond amazing, knowledgeable and they make you feel right at home. I can’t wait to go back!
