I had my very first Botox experience with Courtney and it was great! She is so thorough and explains everything she is going to do before she does it. She is incredibly knowledgeable and strives for comfort. She has little tactics that help with pain and makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. Would recommend Courtney to anyone and will definitely be back in the future for touch ups!

I had my first appointment this morning! The spa is so clean and the staff very welcoming! Amanda did laser hair removal on me and she was very knowledgeable and kind! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Amanda is great! She performed a laser hair removal treatment on my back in which I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about at first. I was concerned about it being painful as I had never had something like that done before. She made me feel comfortable and did test patches to ensure the machine settings were the right intensity to provide quality results but not to cause a lot of pain. The end result was a noticeably less hair on my back. I would have never guessed I had a laser treatment as there was no irritation afterwards. I’d highly recommend Amanda as your medical aesthetician. She’s very qualified and diligent at what she does and she enjoys it very much.

I travel from S.E Calgary for laser hair removal at Renew & Refresh and it is so worth it! Jes and her team are amazing. I love the calm and serene environment and everyone is so welcoming. Seriously the best medical spa I have been to!
