My fur-kids got me the Mother's Day Special at Renew + Refresh Medi Spa this year! I got to go in for a 45min Massage & a Microderm Facial & Pro-Derm Mask!! It was the most relaxing morning. The massage with Brett was amazing, and the only thing I wished was that it was longer lol (next time I'd do 90min for sure!). My facial & mask with Jes left my skin so fresh & clean & glowing! The spa itself has a very clean & cozy atmosphere. Love the decor! Thanks again for the professional service!!

My skin has never looked better! I have been using skin care products from Renew Refresh Medical Spa for a couple months now and the change in my skin is drastic. Jes really listened to my concerns and helped guide me in the right direction. She is also very knowledgeable on how to use her products to get the best results. I have been getting tons of compliments on how my skin looks, and as a previous acne sufferer this means a lot to me. Quality products for a reasonable price! I’m not going to lie, I wanted fraxel done forever but, I was a total chicken and kept putting it off. It turns out that I had nothing to fear. I was given two rounds of numbing cream, and had the procedure explained to me. When we finally got down to business, I was relaxed and so numb that the process wasn’t painful. Afterwards, my face was red and hot.Over the next few days my face healed. When I was ready to face the world again, my pores were clear, my face was more plump and my sun spots had faded. This isn’t a magic bullet procedure where one treatment will take off 5 years, but after seeing the results of the first one, I’m totally committed to doing a series. Fraxel not only removes pre- cancerous skin cells but it also helps produce collagen!!! I’m turning 45 in a few weeks and this girl isn’t going down without a fight!!! R&R is an adorable medi-spa that is worth the drive to Cochrane. They are professional, offer proven methods to fight dreaded ageing, and most of all, I trust them with my face.

Wow! Try a massage with new RMT Brett Enns. Great massage. I’m completely relaxed and all trouble areas were addressed. Very experienced, not new to the art of massage. Sports oriented, deep tissue massage. I will be back. Thank you Brett!

Very professional and clean clinic. Jes was wonderful, she ensured that I felt safe during my procedure and that I left with the information I needed to care for my body post visit. She also addressed any questions or concerns I had and was both personable and professional. I would recommend this medical spa to anyone looking for a reliable service in a comfortable atmosphere. Parking was ample and available at no cost.

Amazing lady

The staff is knowledgeable, educated and friendly. I felt like my rosacea facial really treated my skin. Previous facials felt like it just sat on top of my skin or that it was something I could have done at home. This was more and very relaxing! Thank you Jes and Sue
